The Seller may set and vary credit terms from time to time and withhold all or any further supplies if the Buyer exceeds such credit limit
7.2.1 the Buyer shall have paid the Price plus VAT in full; and

Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977)…
Any delay or failure by the Seller to enforce or exercise any rights under these terms and conditions shall not be deemed to be
a waiver of any such right nor operate to bar the enforcement or exercise thereof at any time or times thereafter
None of the provisions of any contract between the Seller and the Buyer and to which these terms and conditions shall apply
will operate nor are they intended to operate to confer any benefit (Pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act
1999) on a person who is not named as a party to such contract…
These terms and conditions and all other terms of any contract for the sale and purchase of goods between the Buyer and the
Seller to which these terms and conditions apply shall be governed by and be construed in accordance with the law of
England and Wales.
Any electrical or electronic equipment which reaches the end of its life will impact on the environment if it is not disposed of correctly.
Some of this equipment may contain hazardous substances, or substances which can be effectively recycled. The Waste Electrical
& Electronic Equipment Regulations (WEEE) 2006 state that this must not be disposed of as normal rubbish (the “crossed-out wheelie
bin symbol will be present). Any such waste may be disposed of free of charge – you should contact the manufacturer for details.
Bassetlaw Office Supplies (Notts) Limited is not a registered waste carrier and cannot remove these items for you.
Please make sure that the item(s) for collection are in their original packaging and then placed in an outer box. If ordered/received in error, please ensure items are unopened and in resalable condition and that the collection reference number is clearly visible on the packaging. The items should be ready for collection on the day advised, and in a location that is easily accessible to the courier (usually the original delivery address) . Should you not be on the premises on the date advised, please make another member of staff aware of the collection, so that the courier does not have to wait around.
We will only make one collection attempt, please note collections take place between 09:00 AM & 05:30 PM. Should this fail an extra collection of 10.00 GBP will be charged or you will be required to arrange the return at your cost.
Orders duplicated or ordered wrongly at the fault of the customer or purchasing manager will be charged a handling fee (billed to the organisation at fault) for item collection.
Please note, any extra/incorrect items returned without prior arrangement will not be credited. Items lost in transit due to insufficient packaging will not be credited. Items returned as faulty but found not to be will not be credited.
