It is the policy of Thomas Stoner Supplies Limited to maintain a quality system designed to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 in pursuit of our primary objectives, the purpose and the context of the organisation.

At Thomas Stoner Supplies we:

  • Strive to satisfy the requirements of all our customers, stakeholders and interested parties whenever possible, meeting and exceeding their

This quality policy provides a framework for setting, monitoring, reviewing and achieving our objectives, programmes and targets. Customer satisfaction forms an essential part of our objectives and to ensure this is fulfilled, all employees receive training to ensure awareness and understanding of quality and the impact on customer service and of the products or service in which we provide.

All employees are required to comply with our quality policy, the ISO9001 based quality management system requirements and procedures, and are responsible for the quality of their own work.

To ensure the company maintains its awareness for continuous improvement, our quality management system is regularly reviewed by senior management to ensure it remains appropriate and suitable to our business and is subject to both internal and external annual audits. We will also comply with any specific legal requirements in the relation to the products or services that we supply.
